HEALR APP is all about maintaining the doctor-patient continuum through a mobile platform, addressing transitional patient care. The loss of continuity in patient care once the patient leaves a hospital or clinic results in poor treatment responses, outcomes and hence cost of healthcare. Very well designed app. It helps me to connect with my doctor anytime. I now update my vitals during my convenient time, and keep updating them regularly. My doctor checks once a week and sends the prescription. It saved my time for travelling and visiting him in person, rather he is totally updated on my health improvement. Amazing indeed !
