Healing Health Total is a field tool for community health programs — bringing patient screening, case tracking, and field-staff management into one app for health workers and their supervisors.

Built around the CBAC (Community Based Assessment Checklist) workflow, it helps frontline health workers screen the community for non-communicable diseases (NCDs) and cancer risk, record results, and route high-risk cases for review — while giving managers and administrators real-time visibility of their teams in the field.
