HOW DOES THE APP WORK?

Download our HealBoxx App:
- Available both in Play Store and App Store.
- For IOS and Android users - Allow all permissions, notifications and enable focus.
- You’ll land in the login page.

Log In:
- Log in with your mobile number.
- You’ll receive an OTP.
- Enter the OTP to log in successfully.

Update your Profile:
- In the right corner, find your profile.
- Mention your name.
- Upload a picture by clicking on the ‘+’ sign. Enter your email address.
- Select your gender.
- Add some optional info about you.
- Click “Submit” to save those details.

Home Screen:
- Here, you can explore the list of professionals in the app.
- Select the professional with whom you want to talk to by clicking on the filter option.
- You can click on the audio or video call option for instant connection.
- An alert will be sent to the professional at the very instant.
- Wait for the professional to call you back.
- If the professional does not reach out to you within 15 minutes, you can regenerate your request.

Appointment:
- For an appointment, go to the professional’s profile and check the slots for the appointment. Fix the available and convenient slot.

My Wallet:
- In your wallet, you can recharge by adding the amount in the “Enter Amount” tab and click “Recharge.
- You’ll be redirected to the payment page.
- The options to recharge the wallet are through Card, UPI, Net banking, Wallet and Pay Later options.
- You’ll be redirected to the payments page.
- Pay and check your wallet for the balance.
- You can check the Available Balance in the “My Wallet” page.
- You can check the transactions below the recharge option.

Call History:
- Click on the three lines icon, which you’ll find in the left corner.
- There you’ll find the “Call History” option.
- You’ll find the call(s) that you have spoken.
- Review and Rating slots are available and you can give your honest feedback there.
