Pathetic experience with the app. Firstly, the UI is not at all user friendly with lots and lots of glitches. Nextly, I have put down my questions 2 weeks back, raised issue tickets for not answering and guess what none of those has any answers yet. The only thing in which they are active is asking for surveys, that's all. If that's how you serve a premium customer, I wouldn't have given you a 1 star if I have had that option.

SCAM!!!! This app will not let you cancel your subscription/service - the contact information is invalid and they continually charge your account every month until the credit card company has to be called to block this merchant. Terrible service.
