2024-09-11	Ro*****	Needs improvements to the map especially for facilities. When you have more than one client in a facility, the map doesnt reflect that and it can be hard to find out who else is in a facility especially if they are clients new to you. Also needs a way to notify providers of more important notes prior to arrival to a patient's home such as requests for phone calls ahead of schedule.

2023-03-22	Ma*****	Since the last review, multiple bugs/glitches have been fixed. The app runs pretty smoothly now with occasional issues. The developers usually are quick about addressing major issues. There was a huge issue with the licensing/certification expiration on 3/31/23 and they were able to resolve the issue within 24hr. I don't prefer the "scroll up" feature when selecting choices as occasionally transitions at a slow pace, and it makes for a slower workflow in comparison to simple screen changes/cuts.
