HB SmartEdu

HB SmartEdu is an online learning application exclusively for students of Dai Phat Vocational Education Center (GDNN Dai Phat). The application accompanies students throughout their learning process: tracking progress, studying lectures, taking tests/exams, and communicating directly with teachers – all on their phones.

MAIN FEATURES
- Home (Dashboard): View student information, current semester and course, learning progress overview, number of consecutive study days (attendance), and study time per day.

- Learning Hub: List of subjects by status (currently studying / not started / completed), access each subject to study by content category sequentially (video, documents/PDF, tests), track completion percentage and required time for each content.

- Final Exam & Simulation Test: Take the final exam for theoretical courses or the simulation test for practical courses, provided you meet the required progress standards.

- Camera-based Identity Verification: Before and during the learning/exam process, the system requires facial verification (photo capture + blink detection) to ensure the correct student is participating and to prevent cheating. Students must consent before the camera is used; the system does not permanently store biometric images.

- Q&A: Ask questions to teachers/centers directly within the app and follow the response flow for each question.

- Account: View personal information, change password, and log out.

- Multilingual: Supports Vietnamese and English.

TARGET AUDIENCE
This application is for students (as STUDENTS) who already have an account provided by Dai Phat Vocational Training Center — self-registration of new accounts is not supported. Teachers/administrators use a separate web portal (portal.gdnndaiphat.edu.vn), not this application.

HIGHLIGHTS
- Learn and review directly on your phone, not dependent on a computer.

- Strict progress control: content is unlocked sequentially, and the required duration/activity is required to be considered complete.

- Identity verification mechanism using a camera ensures honesty in learning and exams.

- Minimalist, easy-to-use interface, supports both Vietnamese and English.
