Hawkeye Q2 WiFi Viewer

Hawkeye Q2 WiFi Viewer is the companion app for the Hawkeye Q2 borescope. Connect your phone or tablet to the borescope's WiFi network and see live inspection video instantly — then capture photos or record video clips straight to your device's gallery.

IMPORTANT: This app requires a Hawkeye Q2 borescope camera. It does not use your device's built-in camera, and it will not display video without the borescope hardware.

GETTING STARTED
1. Power on your Hawkeye Q2 borescope
2. In your device's WiFi settings, join the borescope's WiFi network
3. Open the app — live video starts automatically

If you see "check Q2 borescope WiFi network", confirm your device is connected to the borescope's WiFi network rather than your regular network.

ABOUT PERMISSIONS
• Location — Android requires location permission for apps to read the name of the connected WiFi network. This app uses it only to identify the borescope's network and to label the folder where captures are saved. No location data is stored or transmitted.
• Photos and videos — used to save your captures to the device gallery.

The app collects no personal data and sends nothing off your device. It communicates only with the borescope camera over its local WiFi network.

Photos and video clips are saved to your gallery in a folder named after the borescope's network, so inspections stay organized.
