Havenote: Voice Journal

Havenote turns whatever you say into a journal entry, task, list, reminder, or idea. Tap once, say what's on your mind, and Havenote sorts out where it belongs.

One app, five things: Journal, Tasks, Lists, Reminders, Ideas. You don't have to decide what kind of note this is before you even start talking. Just talk, and pick where it goes.

Havenote works as a voice journal, a speech to text notepad, a task manager, a shopping list app, and a reminder app, all in the same place, all started the same way. By talking.

WHY HAVENOTE

All five categories take voice input, not just the journal. Most diary apps and note apps stop at typed entries and treat voice as an afterthought. In Havenote, dictation is the default way in.

No accounts, ever. Your recording is transcribed on your own phone and deleted right after. Nothing raw reaches our servers. Only the text you specifically choose to send for AI analysis does, and only when you choose to send it. If you want a private diary with no login and no data broker in the middle, this is built for that.

21 languages, built in from the start. English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, Hindi, Arabic, Bengali, Indonesian, German, Japanese, Korean, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, Turkish, Norwegian, Danish, and Serbian. Most journaling apps stop at five or six.

Ten Android home-screen widgets. Journal, tasks, reminders, mood, all visible without opening the app. Most journaling apps and to-do list apps don't have a single one, let alone ten.

Important dates that remind themselves. Add a birthday or anniversary once. Havenote reminds you ahead of time, suggests a gift, and brings back the memories from that same day in past years.

On this day flashbacks. What you wrote a year ago, two years ago, shows up on its own while you're journaling today. Like a five-year journal, without buying a new one every year.

Weekly and monthly AI recaps. The themes you keep coming back to, how your mood has been moving, a mood tracker built from your own words. Generated only when you ask for one, never running in the background.

Real-time shared journals and lists. Share a space with one other person, a partner, a roommate, a travel buddy, and watch each other's changes appear live.

WHAT'S INSIDE

Journal. Voice or text entries, photos, stickers, mood tracking, weekly and monthly AI recaps, and a private mode for entries you don't want analyzed at all. Works as a daily journal, a gratitude journal, a travel journal, or just a place to think out loud.

Tasks. Due dates, tags, reminders tied to a task, list, week, and calendar views. A voice-first to-do list for anyone who thinks of the next thing to do while their hands are busy.

Lists. Shopping lists, packing lists, anything with checkboxes. Sections, quantities, notes per item, and live sharing with whoever else is shopping or packing with you.

Reminders. Recurring or one-off, priority levels, subtasks, linked to a task or list. Say it once, get reminded on your own schedule.

Ideas. Capture something before you lose it, then develop it further with AI help when you're ready. Link it to a task or list, add sub-ideas, come back to it later instead of losing it in a notes app you never reopen.

Important Dates. Birthdays and anniversaries with automatic reminders and a past-years flashback.

WHO IT'S FOR

For anyone who thinks faster than they type. For voice journaling in the car, on a walk, before bed. For people who'd rather carry one app than five separate ones for notes, tasks, lists, and reminders. For non-native English speakers who want an app in their own language. For anyone who's tried a paper journal and given up because writing feels slower than talking.

Havenote works completely offline for capturing and reading your entries. An internet connection is only needed for the optional AI features, and even then, only the text you approve ever leaves your device.
