VacatioInroom

VACATIO INROOM is an app that transforms guest room TVs into smart in-room services. It can be used by connecting to the Vaccatio In-Room platform at any type of accommodation, including hotels, pensions, and pool villas.

Upon check-in, the TV greets guests by name and displays room information, check-out time, and a Wi-Fi access QR code on a single screen. Using only the remote control, you can instantly launch OTT apps like Netflix and YouTube, and control room appliances such as lighting, heating/cooling, and curtains depending on the accommodation's configuration. It supports Korean, English, Chinese, and Japanese, and guest information automatically disappears from the screen after check-out.

This app is exclusively for guest room TVs. To use it, you must register the device in the room using a pairing code issued by the Vaccatio In-Room Management Console. Please contact Vaccatio for inquiries regarding implementation.
