2022-09-21	Mi*****	Started off good and didn't understand the bad reviews but that didnt last long. As a driver, I NEVER got paid on time and had to repeatedly ask to be paid. It went from same day pay, to 3 days, to a week, then 2 weeks, a month, and now it has been 2 months, and counting, and I still havent been paid for work completed. They are "switching payment systems amd can't pay me right now..." Pro: Easy app; easy pickup and drop off Con: PAY; customer complaints are constant

2022-06-11	Au*****	Drove with this company for about a month. Your supposed to get paid weekly. Every week I had to text the company and ask to get paid. Sometimes it would be a week or a few days later. The last time was a pick up and i never got paid. I have reached out multiple times over a month. All I get is we will look into it. Not worth the miles, time, and gas for the pay.

2022-06-05	El*****	6/5 downloaded this because my 15DAY😡DELIVERY IS 19days & Waiting, R.J.REYNOLDS is using for Gov't req Signature deliveries, WHAT A SAD JOKE, I AM CRYING "REAL TEARS"! I Canceled all future auto-ship and will not order again as long as HAULTAIL is their Courrier ! That's $150+lost in sales every 3wks because of Haul Tail ! I read all the BAD REVIEWS ,Drivers can't get hired or if PAID😡 DON'T BOTHER USING THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE THE LOSER BEHIND THEM❗️🤬BAD BAD NEWS! BOTH APPS ARE GARBAGE❗️

2022-04-24	Je*****	This company is a big scam, at the beginning they tell you that will get pay per hour. They make you drive a lot of miles, also you wait for Customer to sign for packages. You got no way to track your earnings in the app. They decide to pay you how much they want and never pay on time. Customer service located overseas is even worse, when you complain about your pay they ask you the quite. The worst company I ever seen. Think twice before signing with them.

2021-08-03	Za*****	Very quick, easy and hassle free. Starting with booking till delivery, Haultail has been very helpful. The app is easy to use and doesn't much time. Drivers are also very professional and polite. I had a great time using their service.

2021-07-17	Ka*****	Totally FAKE. Dont waste your time and DONT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION. They put ups ads online that say theyre hiring in your area. Then, to apply, they want every detail about you/your car/your license/ins/registration, etc. And it sounds reasonable at the time, so you go ahead and submit it all....come to find out that SUDDENLY they ARENT hiring in your area (or any area!) And, even if you are a perfect candidate, you will never benefit from this fake company. Most useless app Ive EVER had.

2021-04-02	PO*****	For the drivers who are trying this app,goodluck,something suspicious about this app,once you submit all the required documentation, that's it they will not contact you anymore,before I submitted the requirements,they wrote an email to me telling me that I needed to submit the information they had asked in the app so that I can start ASAP, to my surprise after I submitted that was it,I had to email them and their reply was that there is no deliveries in my area.I had to delete the app

2021-04-01	Al*****	Company is a scam - they just want your personal and vehicle information. They never "approve" you to drive... they just ask for vehicle insurance updates and registration details so they have anything they want to steal from people actually trying to get a job.

2021-03-06	La*****	Been trying to work this app since Oct 2020. I'm not sure if it's the app or the company itself, but the app still states information will be verified. Haultail customer support is lacking true support. Shouldn't take 6 months for any driver verification. This will be deleted!!
