📋 WHAT DO YOU NEED TO GET STARTED?

- Renters: Citizen ID/National ID Card + A1/A2 driver's license (for vehicles >50cc).

- Customers under 18: only able to rent vehicles ≤50cc.

- Hosts: Citizen ID Card + vehicle registration certificate + bank account.

🔒 SECURITY & PRIVACY

- Citizen ID Card encrypted with AES-256.

- KYC photos stored in a private bucket on Cloudflare R2.

- Hatigo does NOT track GPS background, does NOT read contacts/SMS. - Location data is only used when the customer SELECTS "Delivery to your door" and clicks the "Get GPS" button — absolutely no covert data collection.

- Complies with Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on the protection of personal data.
