I've tried to log in to turn off auto renew yet it says my policy documents aren't available. I have tried multiple times but it doesn't give me any options at all.

We bought the policy and verified absolutely everything. We saw the bad reviews for the app so called the customer service line and they assured us that most people only review when it's bad. Well the same thing happened to us. My husband is forgetful but he's been making an effort to switch on the app. However it doesn't connect. We are still within the 14 day period. He has a score of 22! So we're going to cancel. Be very wary. Of the positive reviews Ive seen very few mention if app works!
