Every expense you log takes a category, a short description, and an amount, with the date and time recorded automatically. Categories are fully customizable, add, edit, or remove them to match how you actually spend.

Set a monthly or weekly budget and track your spending against it in real time. The dashboard shows your budget, what you have spent, and what remains, along with a spending calendar that color codes each day based on whether you stayed under, over, or right on track.

Xpense also includes a receivables and payables ledger, so you can track money others owe you and money you owe others, separate from your personal spending.

View your history filtered by day, week, or month, with search and sorting. See your average daily spend, highest expense, and top spending categories at a glance.
