H-OPE is a test app to prepare for the competitive public examinations (OPE) for Osakidetza (the Basque Health Service), the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), and the Bilbao City Council. It features over 13,000 multiple-choice questions, organized by category and syllabus, which you can practice with your mobile device, even without an internet connection.

WHAT IT INCLUDES

• Osakidetza Test: common and specific syllabus for 37 OPE categories, such as Nursing, Nursing Assistant (TCAE), Caretaker, Administrative Assistant, Physiotherapy, and Higher Technician.

• UPV/EHU Test: Subaltern, Administrative Assistant, Administrative Officer, and Psychology.

• Bilbao City Council Test: all 18 OPE topics, with 630 questions.

• Works offline. The questions travel within the app, so you can study on the subway, on the train, or anywhere your phone doesn't reach.

• Correction based on the criteria of each exam: +1 for a correct answer, 0 for a blank question, and, only where incorrect answers deduct points, -0.33 per incorrect answer.

STUDY MODES

• Choose a topic: practice a specific topic or section.

• Custom quiz: select the sections you've already studied and generate a quiz with only those, in random order.

• All topics: general review.

• Smart Mode: the app decides what you should study today. What you get wrong comes back soon, what you've already mastered is spaced further apart, and in each review, the questions are mixed from the entire syllabus.

• Exam Mode: timed practice exam. In exams where incorrect answers deduct points, an optional calculator tells you how many questions you can risk.

• Favorite questions: Save questions you want to review by marking them with a star.

• Answers: Swipe the question card to flip it over and see the correct answer and its explanation.

TO KEEP YOU ON TRACK

• Study plan: Enter your exam date, and the app will distribute the material across the remaining days, reserving the last week for practice exams. If you run out of time on a particular day, it will recalculate and notify you.

• Daily streak and personal analysis: See which topics you struggle with most and whether you're improving week by week.

• Adjustable font size, dark mode, and reminders for when you need to study.

PRIVACY

No registration required. We don't ask for your real name, email address, or phone number. Your statistics are saved on your own mobile device. There are no ads.
