The "Medication Reduction Log" app is designed to help you easily record the amount of medication you've decided on with your doctor.

It allows you to easily record and review the information you've decided on in consultation with your doctor and pharmacist. It is not an app that makes decisions or gives instructions to reduce your medication.

■ What you can do:
・Daily medication: Record the amount (prescribed amount) decided with your doctor on a daily basis.
・Medication taken as needed: Record only when you take it.
・Calendar: Review your records monthly.
・Consultation memo: Summarize what you want to discuss at your next appointment.

■ What the "Medication Reduction Log" values:
・It doesn't rush you into reducing your medication.
・It doesn't blame you for days when you couldn't reduce your medication.
・It doesn't judge "success/failure" based on achievement rates or consecutive records.
・You can review it only when needed.
・It helps you leave records that can be used for consultations at your next appointment.

■ What the "Medication Reduction Log" doesn't do:
・Automatic creation or suggestion of medication reduction schedules.
・Medical judgment regarding medication dosage.
・Medication advice.

All data is stored on your device. No account registration is required, and data is not transmitted externally.
