DriveNote - Taxi Earnings

DriveNote is a personal work log and earnings management app designed for taxi drivers. Record your daily earnings and activities, then review past shifts using the calendar, charts, rankings, and search tools.

【Main Features】

■ Daily work records
Save the date, earnings, number of requested rides, and work notes. Add pickup times, pickup and drop-off locations, how you found the passenger, fare, daily events, and observations. Important information can be stored separately as a “special note.”

■ Shift and earnings calendar
View workdays and earnings on the calendar. Earnings appear on each recorded date, making it easy to follow your schedule and earnings trends.
Add shifts in advance to manage the number of planned and remaining workdays. You can also register several consecutive days off. Press and hold a date to add a public holiday or a company-specific day off.

■ Chart analysis
Review earnings by date, day of the week, or period. Compare individual shifts, trends from Monday through Sunday, and results for each closing period. Tap a point on a chart to open the related details.

■ Totals and goal tracking
View current-period earnings, number of workdays, average earnings, and goal completion rate.
Set a target average, planned number of workdays, and compensation percentage to calculate:

・current and target averages

・average above the target
・remaining workdays
・required average
・estimated total compensation

Use these figures to check your progress and the average earnings needed through the end of the period.

■ Daily rankings
Sort saved workdays by earnings. Open your best days to review requested rides and notes, and find useful ideas for future shifts.

■ Search past records
Search by notes, amount, day of the week, time, pickup location, and other criteria. For example, find where rides started during a certain time range or which areas produced higher-value trips. Search criteria are saved in your history for easy reuse.

■ Automatic search and text-to-speech
Automatically search past data using conditions such as day of the week, time range, and minimum earnings. Matching records are displayed and can be read aloud on supported devices.
Do not look at the screen while driving. Use this feature only when stopped or when it is safe to do so.

■ PDF export
Export saved work records as PDF files for viewing outside the app, storage, sharing, or printing. PDFs summarize the date, earnings, number of requested rides, and other information.

■ Data backup
Export your data as a backup and import it to restore records after changing devices or reinstalling the app. Regular backups are recommended.

■ Multiple languages and currencies
The app supports multiple languages and adjusts its display for the selected language and currency.
