By charging a modest fee for these interactions, we ensure the platform is both scalable and sustainable, while also compensating listeners fairly for their time and emotional labor. In doing so, we aim to normalize the act of seeking support, reduce the stigma around emotional vulnerability, and empower individuals to take charge of their mental and emotional well-being in a way that feels human, safe, and accessible.
