I uploaded my NJ ID TWICE for it to get declined. Crystal clear picture too. Deleting the app for good. I had no problem with the other 8 casino/sportsbook apps I use. Enjoy not having my business. It's really not that hard to have a Caesar's employee look at my signup details and compare it to the CRYSTAL CLEAR picture I took of my license. But no. Gotta save a couple bucks using some third party service that is terrible and probably automated/AI. Hope the savings were worth it.

Worst casino app ever, they take your money from PayPal without asking that the PayPal account you are depositing from is yours. Once you ask to withdraw money, they give you the runaround on proving the PayPal account is yours. Sent them pictures of my PayPal account and my drivers license and they still won't send me the money I requested to withdraw. Still claiming they can not verify that it is me. Do not bother depositing money in this site, they will just steal it.
