2022-01-29	Da*****	Only 2 star bc basic things work and that's it. I never see any history. My rating are always jumping so I am only able to grasp an average rating. So far my interactions with your staff have been pitiful. I can't even type how bad I feel about this app/ help. I have had related problems to covid for 15 months. Tests negative. Something not new and I mention it to your staff they just treat it as covid. Only 1 member listened and understood and honest answer was they didn't know what to say.

2022-01-22	Ji*****	Do Not Use This App if you are on Home Oxigen. The app has the parameters sent at 90. This means 90 disqualifes you for home oxigen. I have Covid 19 and my oxigen numbers are 86-89 all day long. When i attempted to log my scores, it told me that my score was below parameters. I needed to retest. After about 10 min of retesting, the oxigen level hit 90. The app captured the score and stopped. No mention of my real score of 87. They want you off home oxigen..

2021-12-21	Ta*****	Just discharged from the hospital and I was told setup was easy peasy 123. Just download the app and take my vitals. The pulse ox reader will not connect to my phone!. All permissions were granted. Bluetooth says pairing then drops the connection. Please help and thank you.

2021-11-01	La*****	I updated my phone to Android 12, app uninstalled and will not reinstall. I reported this to Harmonize on Thursday, no response and no updates. Good thing this health measuring device is not life or death.

2021-01-29	Cr*****	Not accurate. My oxygen levels kept going below what normal parameters of the app allowed. Ended up having two enter manually my numbers or message through the chat what my actual oxygen level was. And if the oxygen level was too low the actual meter would turn off and it wouldn't accept anything outside of the parameters it was given. When trying to enter manually low or high numbers the app refuse to let you enter in manually anything outside of its parameters it just tells you to rescan.
