2025-01-27	St*****	Worked fine up until late December24 now the app refuses to send info to the radiators. If you change the temp on the radiator itself then it reflects in the app, but not the other way. Seems to be common problem that isn't getting sorted. I have emailed the support email from the other comments in the reviews and they have not come back to me.

2025-01-26	Im*****	The app suddenly stopped working with some radiators. These radiators are now stuck on an old firmware version (211-5 05/07/2024) and there is no way to reconnect them to the app, update or reset them. We keep being told that the app will be updated so that we can reconnect to the radiators on the old firmware version but there has been no change despite chasing customer services for 3 months.

2025-01-06	Jo*****	App has stopped working randomly and can no longer control any of the radiators. Can only use manual mode by clicking the screens which are really poor to operate.

2025-01-02	pe*****	Since the last update, I can no longer control my 5 Harmoni heaters. After reinstalling and linking devices, the issue persists. I'm now limited to using the heaters on manual mode, which is simply not going to be sustainable. Hopefully these bugs can be fixed quickly. In addition, I've now found that the email address provided for App support results in failed delivery.
