2026-07-10	Ki*****	There is no way to cancel an order even the manager at the Hardees location I ordered from couldn't fix it or cancel it. I tried to cancel immediately after ordering because the free fry reward didn't apply even though I'd added it to my bag.

2026-07-10	Ho*****	Would just like 2 say that every time I stop into Hardee's in Pulaski Virginia(which isn't very often) I'm always trying 2 charge my phone or get out of bad weather. Not only is it clean & the employees are very friendly they always give me a little something 2 eat. The manager that's working today is always so friendly 2 me when I come in. It means alot 2 me since I was having a bad day!! A smile & a little bit of kindness goes a long way!!! thank u 2 all the employees at Pulaski Va 7/10/26
