Harbor Jam is a sliding-block puzzle game set in a busy harbor. Free your red tugboat by sliding cargo ships, sailboats, and cruise liners out of its way — one move at a time. Simple to pick up, deep to master, endlessly satisfying.

🚢 600 HAND-CRAFTED LEVELS
A smooth difficulty curve that ramps from a 5-move warm-up all the way to twisting multi-step puzzles that take real planning. Three board sizes — 7×7, 8×8 and 9×9. The bigger boards add cruise ships: four-cell behemoths that block whole rows at a time.

🎯 THREE WAYS TO PLAY
• EASY — every level unlocked, no timer, no fail state. For players who want to explore.
• MEDIUM — classic gated progression. Solve one level to unlock the next.
• HARD — 2-minute countdown per level. For puzzle veterans.

👥 TWO-PLAYER LOCAL
Hand the phone back and forth. 3, 5, or 10-round matches. Lowest total moves wins. Choose shared random levels or a fresh random level for each player each round.

One puzzle a day. One attempt. Streak counter. Come back tomorrow.
