2024-09-10	Ly*****	The locker tower would not let our Bluetooth connect after I put my wallet in and came back to get it out. Called app tech support as instructed and they weren't able to help at all. Staff at venue said it goes wonky all the time and is a terrible system. Took security forever to manually open the locker for us. Extremely stressful situation, soured our evening. Never using again, would not recommend to anyone. Why can't we bring back combination locks???
