User Reviews

Haptics Connect offers innovative functionality and works effectively with certain devices when correctly set up. However, multiple users report persistent Bluetooth connectivity problems and note that recent updates removed the crucial player tab, hindering video syncing and scripted control. Streaming performance is generally poor, and the app lacks basic features like a disconnect button and credential saving. Overall, despite good concepts, inconsistent execution and technical issues reduce user satisfaction.

Pros

Works well with some devices like Kiiroo Keon and Lovense Max 2 when properly connected
Easy device connection and setup when following instructions
Provides manual mode for device control
App idea is innovative, integrating haptics with media content

Cons

Frequent Bluetooth connectivity issues, app often fails to recognize Bluetooth is on
Player tab disappeared after update, preventing syncing with videos and script usage
Streaming is choppy regardless of resolution
App lacks a disconnect button, forcing users to force stop to disconnect devices
Login credentials are not saved, requiring repeated sign-ins

Recent reviews

Doesn't offer vr support. Very choppy streaming regardless of resolution choice. Odd controls (you can't press play on Vids, you need to select "play full video" for it to begin... Only pro is that it works with the haptics and connects easy.
