2023-12-08	Da*****		What an amazing app! Before HappyTabs, I tried all sorts of apps for meditation, affirmations, gratitude and more, but it was so hard to stick with them. HappyTabs makes it easy to practice all these techniques and more in just a few moments a day. I also love my Tabulary which has become my positive personal journal of my "MAGIK" practice (definitely read up on MAGIK because there's a lot of cutting edge research that went into it). I love HT and it's a critical new part of my daily routine!
