At Happy Spot, we believe the world still offers plenty of good news and that it’s worth looking to the future with optimism. Research is advancing faster than ever, and progress is happening all around us.

We want to shine a light on those stories: positive breakthroughs, encouraging discoveries, and simple ways to live well. You’ll also find practical health tips, inspiring ideas, and mindful lifestyle habits to bring more joy and meaning to everyday life.

Our content aims to bring meaningful and positive inspiration. We're not reinventing the wheel. We're carefully curating the best ideas and life wisdom from the brightest minds. This becomes our Happy Spot "Best of" - a collection of 42 suggestions and tips. We call it Happy 42.

There is no AI content. We use AI to help with translations, and to support our research. But, every article is written and fact-checked by humans. Mistakes can happen, but if they do, they’re human too.

Some of our content is free and open to everyone. For our in-depth articles, extensive research, and everyday inspiration, we offer a Members Area. It’s handcrafted, ad-free, and designed to bring genuine value, hopefully worth a few dollars a year.

Our app is ad free, as is our website. Data is collected through Squarespace and Google Analytics. We also require an e-mail address from our members but we don't share any personal data and addresses with anyone.
