2024-12-29	Cr*****	1 star app. massively disorganized operations on the ground. App logged me out twice while in the shop. App m took forever to load my vouchers. The 1 for 1 vouchers I bought resulted in mass confusion at the outlet because it did not state that I get 2 burgers, so cashier only gave me 1 burger. Took me a good 15 minutes to sort it out with 3 staff. Do not ever use this useless app unless you are forced to, like me. Terrible business and app

Just spent 20mins sorting out an order (sorry to those queueing behind). This is ridiculous. Come on team/franchise owner (pretty sure this isn't on Shake Shack side as they have a separate app) — you're a global operator aren't you? You can do better. Would give 0 stars if possible.
