Vive Active completely changed my worldview about reformer pilates. I used to think it was a simple class for stretching and light strengthening but I could never be more wrong. It is challenging but extremely satisfying for those who love the muscle aches. Instructors made class fun with their music playlist and would guide you into better posture for each workout. Highly recommend!
