A practical tool to effectively improve personal communication between people. We know that although the rules of communication are clear, our habits complicate our lives. We believe that everyone is able to change them for the benefit of themselves and the environment in which they function. Like other tools of this type, this application analyzes behaviors that fall under the broadly understood mental health category.
Our goal is to facilitate communication between people in every area of ​​their functioning: personal, professional and in all types of relationships. It is not a personality test tool, we focus on the practical importance of communication so that people can easily communicate in a faster and deeper way.
We use the applications for self-diagnosis and to define the preferences of another interlocutor. Depending on this, it takes the form of a feature scale or a single-choice test. After creating your own profile, the User receives a description of his own communication profile with tips on what to pay attention to when communicating with others, about his strengths in this area and things to which he should pay special attention. Thus, it forms the basis for the development of communication strategies.

Loriini Tribes is based on the dimensional concept of personality type. Thanks to this, it does not pigeonhole people, but allows you to flexibly identify the preferred method of communication in terms of its form. A type is defined by reference points that define it and described by sets of features. Traits characterize people in different intensity and context. When creating it, we used a variety of studies and theories of the psychology of individual differences, drawing the most from Karl Gustav Jung's theory of personality. On their basis, we selected two pairs of references: extraversion-introversion and thinking-feeling. Next, we defined the features assigned to each of them. References extraversion-introversion denote the preferred place of concentration and source of drawing energy: e.g. internal thought processes or external interactions with others. In the thinking-feeling continuum, we took into account what a given type takes as information: sharply defined numerical facts, or experienced or expressed emotions.
For each person, the tool considers two types with the strongest readings. It also takes into account the order (according to the sum of points from the reading). Therefore, it is not limited to indicating that the test person is "red", but only, for example: red-yellow or yellow-red. The order of the types read is crucial. In this way, we operate on 12 possible profiles. This number is sufficient to increase the quality of two-way communication by leaps and bounds, and at the same time simplified enough for everyone to be able to use our tool to master the ability to adapt their own style of communicating with the world.
