The PRISMA app works well with newer Primare devices like NP5, especially after recent updates adding features like Radio source. It offers good Spotify Connect and Chromecast support. However, multiple users report persistent landscape mode locking, instability, frequent disconnections, and crashes. Significant compatibility issues exist with older equipment such as i32, PRE60, and MM30 boards, often rendering those devices unusable. Volume controls sometimes fail after updates, and customer support is reported as slow or unresponsive. Users desire more orientation options and improved app/device stability.
