I've had this app for over a year. A basic app with minimal features. It's not very user-friendly, crashes often, freezes often, and doesn't have nearly the features it should. I frequently get messages that the few features that are on the app "Aren't available right now." Viewing ID cards is frequently down, and the app gives the message "ID Card not Available, " so keep a paper copy handy. Billing and payments are confusing for multiple policies.
