الدعم سيء جدا والرد متأخر جدا حجزت أستراحة بس لظروف ما قدرت أذهب لاستراحة وتواصل مع صاحب الاستراحه قبل يومين وكان متفهم ورسل لدعم الفني للبرنامج لإلغاء الحجز وإرجاع المبلغ. الدعم الفني طلب من صاحب الاستراحه ان اتواصل معهم شخصيا مع اراسل رقم الحجز وفعلا تواصل لكن قالوا لا يمكن الالغاء لانه مذكور من شروط صاحب الاستراحه مع اني ذكرت لهم انه صاحب الاستراحه ما عنده مانع. اهم شي الفلوس ما ترجع اذا حجزت والدعم خير لين يرد على الرسايل. صراحه اخر مره اتعامل بالبرنامج وأنصح الواحد يتواصل مباشره مع المالك
