First it would tell me that an order is ready, but when I go down to Palete, they said they haven't even prepared it yet. And now, even when I'm connected to the wifi, it's saying there's a connection issue and refuses to place my order. It's pretty much useless now and unreliable.

Part of its probably my school and how bad they are at updating things but notifications straight up not being a setting I can enable on my phone is definitely the app and there's no quick way to get help if the app doesn't work (which is OFTEN), regardless whose fault it is.
