Use the HAPPYOU app with its health journeys, apps, courses and coaches and enjoy your daily success, no matter how small or big.

With the HAPPYOU app, you can analyse your lifestyle and use workouts, workouts, meditations and recipes to live healthier. You also get access to competitions, short articles, quizzes and service information on health topics.

Pay for paid services in the HAPPYOU app or pay for your existing membership (gym, club or association) with your HAPPYOU Card through your employer!
You can only use the HAPPYOU app if it is made available to you by your employer. Otherwise, registration and login are not possible.

Here we show you the possibilities in the app - you can get complete information and guidance or directly select the offers:

Lifestyle Analysis:
With the HAPPYOU app you can analyse your lifestyle. Answer the questions about your health behaviour and determine your lifestyle score. (optional, not compulsory)

Evaluations and recommendations:
You will continuously receive information, evaluations and recommendations on the lifestyle areas of endurance, strength, inactivity, nutrition, well-being, stress, sleep and smoking.

Goals and tips:
Form healthy habits by setting and following goals based on individual recommendations. Use everyday tips as a guide. Keep at it and earn up to four badges per goal. (optional, not compulsory)

Lifestyle improvement offers:
Get active and improve your lifestyle with the HAPPYOU app. Use a wide selection of apps, equipment, workouts, workouts, meditations and recipes to do so.

Competitions:
Take part in group competitions organised by your employer. Try to win first place together with your colleagues. (optional, not compulsory)

Steps:
You can automatically transfer your steps from Google Fit, Fitbit or Garmin into the HAPPYOU app. With Google Fit you use your smartphone as a pedometer. (optional, not compulsory)

Weekly tasks and rewards:
Complete weekly tasks to earn points and weekly tokens. You can exchange the weekly tokens for rewards. (optional, not compulsory)

Health information and service:
In the HAPPYOU app you will also find short articles and quizzes on health topics as well as various service information related to health.

Company health management:
Companies can include their company health measures in the HAPPYOU app and use the app as a communication channel to inform their employees about offers and news at any time.
