Between now and the last time that I use this some update has altered the way the balance bar works and now it doesn't do anything while you're moving it it only does it after it has reached a standstill point which is kind of worthless for showing the transition between two photos. if you're not going to return it to the way it was at least add an option to save the transition as a gif because most of the time all I want to do is show that two faces look similar.
