Hammer Print enables seamless printing directly from your phone or tablet without the need for a computer. Connect via WiFi, Bluetooth, or USB and print virtually any document or image to a wide range of printers, including multifunction models with scanning support. The app supports printing office documents like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDFs, as well as photos, text files, web pages, emails, and content from popular cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive.

To access unlimited printing, users must upgrade to Premium Mode via in-app purchase. A free test page print is recommended before upgrading. Hammer Print is compatible with Mac and Windows shared printers, workgroups, and supports Active Directory environments. It also offers connection flexibility through Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth, USB OTG, and desktop sharing software. Note that some features, like SMS and call log printing, are currently unavailable due to permission policy changes but may return in future updates.

I was quite happy with this app for many years but now I find that they want you to pay a fee, either via an annual subscription or a one time payment, to be able to access any advanced settings. worked well for years now it's a horrible app that rarely works and constantly gives me error messages

Update Feb 2026: after years of faithful service this app no longer works with the Android print spooler. Can now only print from inside the app itself, all outside print jobs fail with "internal error".
