Absolutely NO Customer Service! I tried to use this App to help my family get ahead financially, however the App would not update. I tried to contact support four times through the App and via email and got no response to either. It has been a month and still no help or even a response to my email. This is a scam and did not help us in a tough time.

when I forgot my password the codes that sent to my email never satisfied the prompts to allow me to continue so when I lost access to my account it's gone now.
