ASM Coaching App – Field Coaching & Sales Performance Management

The ASM Coaching App is built for Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Business
Promoters (BPs) to conduct structured field coaching sessions, track outlet
performance, and monitor business KPI achievements — all from one mobile app.

── HOW IT WORKS ──

Start by selecting your route, entering the outlet count, and choosing your
Coaching and Business Objectives for the session. The app guides you through
each outlet visit with a clear check-in and check-out workflow.

At each outlet, score your field rep across all selected Coaching Objectives
using a simple 3-tier scale:
• Below Standards = 1
• Improving = 2
• Met Standards = 3

Add written comments and observations per objective for qualitative context.

── BUSINESS OBJECTIVE TRACKING ──

Track key business metrics per session:
• Effective Bills
• TLS Target
• Turnover Target

Enter actual figures, and the app automatically calculates the achievement %
against targets, giving instant visibility into route-level performance.

── COLOR-CODED PERFORMANCE ──

Coaching Scores:
🔴 Red – Score 1.00 to 1.49
🟡 Amber – Score 1.50 to 2.49
🟢 Green – Score 2.50 to 3.00

Business Objectives:
🔴 Red – Achievement below 74%
🟡 Amber – Achievement 75% to 89%
🟢 Green – Achievement above 90%

── SESSION SUMMARY ──

Finish each session by documenting:
• Key Observations
• Areas to Improve
• Development Plan

This creates a structured coaching record for every session, supporting
rep development over time.

── QUALITY COACHING STANDARDS ──

Built-in quality benchmarks keep managers accountable:
• Minimum 15 outlets per session
• Minimum 5 hours of field time

A visual dashboard tracks session data, outlet scores, and KPI achievement
