Users can upload existing petitions to the system and receive a professionally prepared supplementary declaration via email when it's ready, in cases where incomplete statements or additional explanations are required.

🔹 What Does It Do?

Upload your petition or files (PDF, PNG, JPEG) related to your case.

We will analyze your uploaded petition and create a supplementary declaration appropriate to the case subject, and send it to you via email.

The prepared supplementary declaration text includes relevant precedents from the following:

Court of Cassation,

Council of State,

Constitutional Court (CC), and

European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR).

Once ready, the supplementary declaration petition and additional decisions will be sent to the email address you provided.
