HAFRİYAT365

HAFRİYAT365 is a job management application that brings together field operations and management for excavation companies in a single system. The operator on site enters the trip data, and the manager sees it instantly — no need for paper receipts, separate Excel tracking, or phone calls.

KEY FEATURES

Trips and Receipts
Enter the license plate and barcode, and the serial number will be automatically assigned. Even without internet, the data is stored on the device and automatically synchronizes when a connection is established. Prints directly to a Bluetooth thermal printer and shares as a PDF.

QR Payment Confirmation
A one-time payment QR code is generated for each receipt. The manager confirms the payment by scanning the QR code or calling the serial number. Who confirmed it and when — every confirmation is recorded.

Job and Payment Tracking
Each construction site (job) experiences its own payment period. When the period is closed, all trips for that period are automatically converted into an Excel report, and cash and fuel totals are instantly available.

Reporting and Export
Trip list can be filtered by date range, job, and payment type. Excel (.xlsx) and PDF export, with totals and preparer/approver information.

Offline Operation
Even with weak internet on site, trip entry continues. Records are kept locally and synchronized in the background when the connection is restored.

Role-Based Authorization
Company owner, manager, and data entry roles operate with separate permissions. Critical steps such as payment approval and account transactions require additional security verification.

Data Security
Each company's data is kept completely isolated from each other. Every important transaction (trip, payment, device, member change) is recorded in the audit log.
