Häfele Partners Hub

Häfele Partners Hub is a customer care application developed by Häfele Vietnam specifically for partners such as Architects, Construction Contractors, Carpenters, Installers, etc. participating in the reward points exchange program. The application allows users to easily scan product barcodes with their smartphones to accumulate points and use points to redeem valuable gifts. Häfele Partners is compatible with all smart mobile devices and supports all popular platforms.

To log in to the Häfele Partners Hub application, users will register an account with Hafele Vietnam. After Hafele Vietnam verifies the information and activates the account, it will send a notification to the user to log in to use.

Main features of the application:
• Scan/Enter code to earn points
• Use accumulated points to redeem desired gifts
• Look up and view Hafele product information
• Look up Hafele store locations
