HADS: anxiety/depression test

The app is based on HADS test (Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale), which is a self-rating instrument used for screening of anxiety and depression symptoms (2 subscales). It is recognized and widely used by all mental health professionals to estimate the level of psychological distress of the person.
It estimates the level of distress in scores and contains relevant general recommendations.
There is a linkage of the results to postcovid symptoms, which is one of the main causes anxiety/depression nowadays.
Also always note the possibility of burnout condition.
It takes 2 to 5 minutes to complete the test.
