"Easy Project Schedule" is an app that allows you to create and submit project schedules using only your smartphone. It supports not only construction sites but also the creation of transportation and delivery schedules. The focus is on allowing you to create schedules on the spot, without having to return to your office computer.

■ All Site Details on a Single Table
• Work (Type of Work)
• Personnel (By In-House/Outsourced, etc.)
• Heavy Equipment/Transportation/Vehicles/Other
All of these can be managed together in one table (this is an example from a construction site). Items can be added or removed to suit the site.

■ Create with Your Finger
• Tap a cell to input data on the spot. We've focused on intuitive operation as much as possible.
• Drag the work bar with your finger to set the duration.
• Switch between 2-week and monthly views with a single tap. For checking short-term and long-term schedules.
• Copy a Week and paste it into an empty week to instantly duplicate the same schedule. The previous operation can be undone with "Undo".

* Switch between the standard "bar view" and the "detailed view" which displays notes with a single tap.

■ Dictionary: Add and edit to suit the site
Includes a dictionary function that records common names for each industry. This saves time on manual entry and prevents confusion.
* Civil Engineering: Excavation, road embankment, Aspaving (surface layer), etc.
* Architecture: Foundation reinforcement, exterior wall finishing, etc.
* Transportation/Delivery: Vehicle types such as 4t box truck, 10t wing truck, etc.
Set "Work Type/Resource" in the settings to "Editable" and edit freely.

■ Submit directly as PDF/Excel
The completed schedule can be exported as PDF, Excel, or image.
You can check the preview and then send it directly via LINE or email.
The operation buttons do not appear in the output, so it can be used as is for submission to the client.
* Supports printing. Automatically adjusts to fit on one A4 landscape page.
* JSON format files can also be exchanged via LINE or email. If the recipient is using the same app, they can open and edit it using "Restore."

■ Automatic Calculation of Estimated Costs (Internal Costs)
Once you set the unit prices for personnel and machinery, the estimated internal costs are automatically generated simply by entering the process.
You can check "how much this will cost" as you put it together.
*This is an estimate for internal use only. It is not a quotation creation function.

■ Schedule Data Only on the Device. Not Sent to the Server
*All data such as entered project name and number of personnel is saved on the device. It is not sent to the server.
No account registration or login is required.
You can create schedules offline even at sites with poor reception (communication is only used for displaying advertisements).
You can export the data to a file and restore it for device changes or for safekeeping.

Can be used to create weekly and monthly schedules for civil engineering and construction sites.
Also compatible with creating dispatch schedules for transportation and delivery.

Easily create project schedules that you previously made by hand or in Excel using your smartphone or tablet.
You can even finalize and send project schedules to your main contractor or client on the spot.

■ Pricing
This app is free to use. Ads are displayed at the bottom of the screen.
A one-time payment via "Remove Ads" within the app will allow you to use the app ad-free forever. This is a one-time purchase (not a monthly subscription).

■ Notes
Data is saved only on your device. Please note that deleting the app will also delete your data. Important project schedules can be exported to a file using "Full Backup" on the home screen.
Simultaneous editing by multiple users and cloud synchronization are not supported.
