The Netplus Customer app has a user-friendly interface, but it lacks an essential feature. Customers should have the option to change their Wi-Fi password directly through the app. In today's time, this is a basic and necessary feature that every broadband service app should include. Please add this feature as soon as possible so that we don't need to contact a representative for this. Overall, the app is fine, but this missing feature makes the experience incomplete.
