H2U Driver

Step 1: Login as Driver
Driver Login Credentials
Upon opening the H2U Driver App, the driver will be prompted to enter their login credentials. The credentials will be provided by the admin of the system.
Enter the Email and Password (provided by the admin).
Once the credentials are entered, click on the Login button to proceed.
After successful authentication, the app will navigate to the Home Screen. This is the main dashboard where the driver can access all the relevant details for their work.

Step 2: View Order List
Order Overview
After logging in, the Home Screen will display the Order List. The screen is divided into sections that provide clarity on the orders.
At the top of the screen, drivers will see a section labeled New Orders. These are the orders that are awaiting fulfillment.
Beneath the Pending Orders section, the Order History section will be displayed. Here, drivers can access past orders, which may help them track any ongoing delivery statuses or refer to previous deliveries for any customer issues.
Each order in the list will have key details like order ID, customer name, delivery address, and the status of the order.
Step 3: Open Pending Order
Access Pending Order Details
To begin delivering an order, drivers can tap on any Pending Order from the Order List.

Tapping on the order will open the Order Details Screen.
The Order Details Screen will display important information, such as:
Customer Name: The person who placed the order.
Delivery Address: The location where the order must be delivered.
Order Items: A list of items that the customer has ordered.
Payment Status: Whether the order has been paid for, if applicable.
Options Available on the Order Details Screen
On the Order Details Screen, drivers will be presented with several options:

Deliver the Order: Once the order is ready to be delivered, the driver can tap the Deliver Order button. This will mark the order as delivered once they reach the destination.
Add Notes: There is also an option to add additional Notes about the delivery, such as customer preferences or any issues encountered during the delivery.
Confirming Order Delivery
After completing the delivery, the driver taps the Deliver button, which will confirm that the order has been successfully delivered. A pop-up notification may appear to confirm the action, showing a message like “Order Delivered Successfully.”

Step 4: View Order History
View Past Orders
On the Home Screen, under the Pending Orders, the driver can scroll down to find the Order History section.
Tapping on any order in this section will bring the driver to the Order Details Screen, similar to how they access the pending orders.
In the Order History, the driver can view details of previously completed orders, including:
Order Number,
Items, Notes (if added)
Delivery Status (e.g., Delivered)
Step 5: Access Profile Information
View Driver Profile
On the Home Screen, drivers can tap on the Profile Icon at the top of the screen to access their personal profile.
The Profile Screen will display important information about the driver, such as:
Name
Phone Number
Email Address

If the driver needs to update any of their details (e.g., phone number, name pr email), they need to contact admin to do the changes. This could include updating contact details.

Step 6: Logout
Logout of the Driver Profile
Once the driver has completed their work for the day, they can log out by tapping the Logout button, typically located at the bottom of the Profile Screen or Home Screen.
A confirmation dialog may appear asking the driver to confirm that they wish to log out.
