Sir, I am unable to access books on this App. Though it shows that download has taken place, the books don't get added on to the bookshelf. It shows a continously connecting or queued message for days on ends, I also get a no active disnliad message before the downloads. Kindly rectify the issue.

Some novel alterations have again made the interface of this application retarded. You can barely download any book with size greater than 10 MBs. Even on repeated complaints, no response comes from the app-developers, which is pretty disheartening.
