App won't connect anymore. It hangs at 32% or 98%, and then always times out. Tried 2 separate lamp and same problem repeated on both multiple times.

The app used to be seamless, but it has started crashing and won't reconnect with either my lamp nor my partners.

Has been fine until 330am. Started blinking red for 1min. Then blue. Repeat. Now app is crashing. Yes my wifi is fine. I'm very frustrated. This was a gift to communicate with my dying father and it stopped working. Will give 5 star when fixed.
