The mobile app was created with Progress Gym Kowal club customers in mind.

The mobile app allows, among other things:

Creating a customer account

Logging in to the user account

Managing personal data in the profile, including selecting and deselecting consents, adding a profile photo, and changing the password

Checking the club's class schedule using the schedule and available filters

Reserving and canceling classes

Adding classes to favorites

Viewing customer memberships, including access to information about membership validity and/or the number of remaining entries

Displaying a QR code for entry to the club

Accessing a link to the Customer Panel page, where users can, among other things, Purchase season tickets entitling you to access the club

Check the address details of individual facilities online, as well as access the club's phone number or email address

Delete your account

Technical Description:
Dashboard Structure and Functionality:
The dashboard consists of interactive and static tiles that allow the user to take various actions depending on the tile type.

Information Tiles:
Tiles related to season tickets are static and non-clickable. They display information about the season ticket status, such as the validity period if the user has an active season ticket.

"My QR Code" Button:
A button is available on the dashboard that redirects the user to a dedicated subpage displaying a QR code. This code allows, among other things:
Entering the club through automatic gates.

The dashboard has been designed intuitively, providing quick access to key user functions and information.

Functionality Description:
Application users are customers of the sports club who have ordered and use the application. The app displays information about purchased services (season tickets, admission tickets), which are displayed on the app dashboard. Services can be purchased through the reception app or on the store's website, which are part of an extensive customer system and operate independently.
To use the app, you must register a user account. Users can edit personal data, access the club's contact information, or generate a personalized QR code without purchasing a season ticket.
Users can create an account directly in the mobile app by entering their registration details. There are no fees for creating an account.
Fees apply only to accessing and using the sports club.
The app is secured against unauthorized access to the user's account by third parties.
Each account can only be used on one device at a time.

The personal data controller is the sports facility for which the app was created. The developer does not share user data with other companies or organizations.

This app may collect:
