GymEntra

GymEntra is a membership and training app that lets you manage your gym from your phone. Members, trainers, and gym managers all work within the same app, each with their own screen.

FOR MEMBERS

• Keep your membership card and QR code in your pocket at all times — just scan it at the gym entrance. • See at a glance when your package expires and how many classes you have left. • Reserve group classes from the app, and leave your spot if you change your mind. • See your trainer's available hours and book your private lessons yourself. • Follow your trainer's program step-by-step. • Record your weight measurements and see the change over time. • Send payment notifications from the app and be notified when they are approved.

FOR TRAINERS

• Define working hours; members can only book appointments during available hours. • View your calendar and manage your appointments. • Write training programs for your members and quickly generate them from ready-made templates.

FOR GYM MANAGERS

• Approve participation requests, manage your member list. • Define packages and promotions, assign packages to members. • Record and approve payments; track monthly income from the panel. • Create class schedules, assign instructors and quotas. • Edit the gym's operating hours, address, and contact information. • Change the gym's color and logo to your own brand.

FOR FAMILIES

Members under 18 are linked to a parent. Registration is not completed without parental approval. The parent can view their child's packages and appointments, cancel appointments on their behalf, and make payments. If they have multiple children, they can make a single payment and divide the amount equally among the children.

GymEntra does not collect member payments; payments are made at the gym, and the application only keeps a record of it. The GymEntra Pro subscription offered to gym businesses can be purchased via Google Play.
