SmartGym is a gym management and member access application used by fitness clubs and their members.

The app connects gym members, reception staff and gym administrators in one platform.

For Members
• Digital membership card (QR code check-in)
• View active membership and validity
• Access personal profile and gym information
• Notifications from the gym
• Class schedule viewing (if enabled by the gym)

For Gym Staff

• Scan member QR codes at reception
• Check-in / check-out members
• Search members and view profile details
• Sell memberships at the front desk
• Validate active subscriptions

For Gym Administrators

• Manage members database
• Manage memberships and subscriptions
• Monitor attendance and access control
• Operate reception desk through staff accounts

SmartGym does not provide workout plans, training programs, medical advice, or health tracking.
The application is a business management and client portal system for gyms and fitness clubs.

Each user account belongs to a specific gym organization and access is role-based (member, staff, or administrator).
